Responsibilities

The Snowflake Lounge Supervisor's typical job functions include:

Working directly with team members as bartender to mix and serve drinks to patrons
Ensuring cleanliness and maintaining outlet and equipment
Completing and reporting biweekly inventory
Preparing, reporting and reviewing monthly financial reviews
Scheduling staff
Supervising 5-12 team members to ensure consistent and efficient service to guests
Interviewing, hiring and mentoring team members, motivating and educating staff and coaching team members when necessary

Qualifications

This position might be for you if:

You are 18 years old
You possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent; or six months to one year related experience and or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
You have general knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Publisher
You have experience with Point of Sale software
You have previous supervisory experience
You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
You enjoy working with others and creating memorable experiences for guests
