Position: Data Analyst / Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Open Nationwide)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a strong Data Analyst/Business Analyst who can act as the bridge between Finance, Actuarial, Business, and Development teams. This individual will gather requirements, document data flows, work closely with technical teams, and support key financial reporting and data initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst experience
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with multiple databases
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Experience creating source-to-target mappings
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience partnering with both business users and developers
• Insurance industry experience (Property & Casualty preferred)
• Experience supporting Finance and/or Actuarial teams
• Experience supporting financial reporting and General Ledger (GL) processes

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Reinsurance experience
• Actuarial background or exposure
• Data warehouse (EDW) experience
