Business Operations Manager

Our clinicians help people heal. We’re looking for the person who keeps everything behind them running smoothly. As our Business Operations Manager, you’ll work alongside our practice owner/clinical director as a trusted right hand, and you’ll own the day-to-day operations of our practice, from admin and SOPs to events, HR, and compliance. For the right person, this role is built to grow into a Director position.

You may be a great fit if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and still feel calm when everything has a place. You’re the one who color-codes the calendar and builds the checklist before anyone asks. You notice what’s falling through the cracks and quietly fix it. You follow up until it’s done, keep details straight when the day gets busy, and find real satisfaction in turning chaos into a process that just works.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in our office near downtown Medina. You’ll be part of the daily rhythm of our practice, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, with flex time available.
