Job Qualifications

Four years of experience in finance, accounting, or information technology.

OR

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, and two years of experience in finance, accounting, or information technology.

OR

Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, completion of the Financial Management Training Program (FMT), and one year of experience in finance, accounting, or information technology.

Salary Minimum

$62,693.00

Major Duties

Performs process analysis and evaluates system workflows to identify opportunities for system-based improvements and increased operational efficiency.

Assists with updating policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and operational compliance.

Troubleshoots and resolves day to day system issues.

Provides support to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries. May assist with escalated customer correspondence.

Compiles and prepares statistical reports to support operational and performance analysis.

Performs other duties as assigned.
