Part-Time Customer Service Team Member

Deliver a friendly, fast guest experience in a hands-on retail car wash environment. You will greet customers, explain available wash options, and provide excellent service while guiding vehicles through express lanes safely.

Welcome guests and answer questions about wash packages and services
Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
Direct traffic through express lanes to maintain smooth, safe vehicle flow
Help maintain a clean, well-kept site and support daily operations
Follow strict safety standards and operational procedures

Qualifications & Skills

Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to follow safety procedures and ensure safe lane operations
Basic POS/retail skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
