Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain instruments and sterile fields for complex cardiac and vascular procedures.
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons during surgeries to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow strict safety and infection-control standards to ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and sterile techniques.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
