- Prepare and maintain the sterile field for complex cardiac and vascular procedures.
- Manage specialized cardiovascular instruments and supplies to ensure readiness and efficiency.
- Anticipate the needs of surgeons during procedures to facilitate smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and healthcare providers to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Knowledge of sterile techniques and cardiovascular surgical procedures.
- Ability to handle specialized instruments and supplies efficiently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
