- Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments and supplies for cardiovascular cases.
- Set up and maintain sterile fields; ensure sterile technique throughout procedures.
- Anticipate surgeon and team needs to support smooth, efficient operative workflow.
- Adhere to strict safety, infection-control, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia providers to deliver patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in surgical instrumentation and sterile processing practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to infection prevention.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of cardiovascular procedure requirements and perioperative support.
