What You Will Work On

You will support the Global Running team, covering both footwear and apparel, contributing to consumer insights, assortment planning, Go-to-Market strategy, and product management activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supporting the team with meeting logistics, including booking rooms and setting up mannequins
Working with POS data and verifying data accuracy across different geographies
Managing sample orders, performing system updates, and keeping the team organized
Acting as an expert in building Consumer Right Assortments for assigned categories and locations
Briefing the product engine on consumer needs for the category, geography, and upcoming trends
Collaborating across product engines to ensure product is created with the retail end in mind
Editing the product line for assigned location and category using directed assortment and selecting lines outside of global core product to meet revenue targets
Building directed assortments that support category vision, working with geographies with the retail end in mind

Experience

WHAT YOU BRING

1+ year of experience in Category Merchandising
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Recent graduates eager to learn and grow in merchandising are strongly encouraged to apply)
A genuine personal interest and passion for running; you understand and can speak to running culture
Experience as part of a running team, running club, or as a running coach
A strong desire to learn and develop skills in merchandising
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Keynote

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience supporting team operations, such as coordinating meetings and managing logistics
Familiarity working with POS data and verifying accuracy across multiple geographies
Experience managing sample orders, system updates, and keeping teams organized
