Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – All Shifts

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $14.00–$17.30 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available: Day, Evening & Night

Shift Differentials Available

Current CNA Certification Required

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team on all shifts.

As a CNA, you’ll provide hands-on resident care, assist with daily activities, and work alongside our nursing staff to ensure residents receive quality, compassionate care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Available Shifts

Day Shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

Responsibilities

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration as needed.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
Obtain and document vital signs and assigned care information.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Follow infection prevention, resident safety, and care plan guidelines.

Qualifications

Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification – REQUIRED.
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
