About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Assisting with vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse checks
• Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility
• Ability to work weekend nights on a per diem basis
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents
