Due to company expansion, we are looking for an exceptional, hands-on CTO to lead our technology, engineering, and product development as we scale to the next level.

We need a fast-moving, highly technical leader who thinks like a founder, executes quickly, understands product deeply, and can turn complex ideas into scalable solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Expert in Python, including modern Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Strong React experience, with a deep understanding of frontend architecture and UI/UX design.
• Full-stack technical leadership — capable of architecting systems, writing code, and leading engineering teams.
• Extremely fast-paced and execution-driven — someone who moves quickly, solves problems, and gets things shipped.
• Exceptional product instincts — understands both the technical and business sides of building great products.
• Startup mentality — resourceful, entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable taking full ownership.
• Healthcare technology experience is a major plus.

This is not a traditional management role. We're looking for a technical powerhouse and strategic leader who can build, lead, innovate, and help take an already profitable, growing company to the next level.

This position is based in our Ocean County, NJ office. An in-office schedule is required, though a hybrid arrangement may be considered. A competitive relocation package may also be offered for the right candidate.
