Overview

The Citrix System Administrator/Engineer at iMPact Business Group is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Citrix environment. Job Responsibilities

• Manage and support Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Monitor system health and performance, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration with other systems.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for end-users and internal teams.
• Document processes and procedures related to Citrix operations and performance.
