About the Opportunity:

The CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST (AFTERNOON SHIFT) role is vital for maintaining smooth communication and scheduling between clients and therapists during afternoon, evening, and weekend hours. This position ensures timely client support, manages urgent inquiries, and assists with appointment coordination, thereby enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls during afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts
• Respond promptly to time-sensitive emails and requests during non-standard hours
• Provide customer service and support via email and phone to clients and therapists
• Coordinate teletherapy appointment scheduling using the organization's software
• Follow up with clients regarding intake appointments
• Assist with therapist transfers and follow-up scheduling
• Support additional scheduling and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in scheduling or administrative support, preferably in healthcare or mental health
• Proficiency with scheduling software and office tools like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; experience with EMR/EHR systems such as AdvancedMD is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under stress
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation: $24 per hour
