- Oversee unit-based clinical workflow and day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care
- Promote quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support clinical education and staff development
- Assist with resource allocation and operational coordination
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Strong clinical leadership and communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support bedside staff
- Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care
- Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
