Job Overview

At Knowledge Services, we are seeking an experienced Cloud DevOps Automation Architect to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing automated systems and processes to enhance our cloud infrastructure. This position will involve collaborating with development and operations teams to streamline deployment, improve system performance, and ensure efficient management of cloud resources. As a Cloud DevOps Automation Architect, you will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency of our cloud operations, establishing best practices, and driving innovation through automation.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure automation strategies using best practices.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to facilitate automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Optimize performance and scalability of cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain high availability.
• Create and maintain documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and tools.
• Facilitate training sessions for teams on the use of automation and DevOps best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and DevOps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
