Overview

The Cloud DevOps (Protocol Engineering) position at CryptoRecruit is a pivotal role focused on advancing our blockchain protocols through effective cloud infrastructure management and continuous integration practices. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure to support blockchain protocols.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices and automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource allocation in cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain documentation and processes for: deployment, configuration management, and system recovery.
• Ensure security best practices are enforced throughout the development lifecycle of our blockchain protocols.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural design sessions to drive best practices.
• Research and implement new technologies that improve operations and scalability of the blockchain infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud DevOps roles, with a strong emphasis on protocol engineering and blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) to automate system tasks.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms is highly desirable.
