Job Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using best practices in security, performance, and cost management.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud computing services into applications and workflows.
• Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization, ensuring high availability and redundancy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
• Implement automated deployment and configuration management processes using CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and assess their applicability to organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of networking concepts and cloud security best practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Technologies & Tools

This position will utilize a range of technologies and tools including but not limited to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda), Azure resources, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform for infrastructure as code, CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, and monitoring and logging software like Prometheus and Grafana. A solid understanding of these technologies is crucial to the successful fulfillment of duties.
