Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions following best practices for security and performance.
• Manage cloud resources and services, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments while minimizing disruption.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to facilitate continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and devise cloud strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud service providers, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.

As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will work with an array of advanced technologies and tools pivotal to cloud architecture and operations. This includes but is not limited to cloud service platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; scripting and automation with Python and Bash; container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes; and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
