Overview

Sev1Tech LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our dynamic team. The Cloud SRE Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, troubleshooting and resolving incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure system architecture aligns with best practices.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions.
• Automate routine operational tasks to enhance system performance and reduce manual efforts.
• Provide on-call support as necessary to maintain system uptime.
• Document operational procedures and create user guides for internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and practices (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.
