• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for cloud-based services, resolving customer inquiries promptly.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with software development and operations teams to diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure.
• Document and track customer interactions, solutions provided, and techniques used for future reference.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of cloud-based applications.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation as it relates to cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cloud support or a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud service providers, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
