Job Overview

The Cloud/DevOps Engineer - IGA/IAM at Akraya, Inc. plays a vital role in the design and implementation of Identity Governance Administration (IGA) and Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions within our cloud infrastructure. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IGA/IAM solutions in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and configuration of IAM services.
• Collaborate with security teams to conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to IAM applications and services in a cloud environment.
• Provide on-call support and incident response for IAM-related issues.
• Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications for internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering or DevOps roles, with a strong focus on IGA/IAM technologies.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with IAM solutions, including but not limited to SSO, MFA, and user provisioning tools.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Technologies & Tools

This position will utilize a variety of technologies and tools to meet IAM requirements, including IAM platforms such as Okta and Microsoft Azure AD, cloud services like AWS IAM and Azure RBAC, and automation tools including Terraform and Ansible. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes will also be beneficial in this role.
