Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial E&S underwriting.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficient in underwriting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Industry certifications, such as CPCU or AU, are preferred.
