Overview:

Premier Resources Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex engineering and construction initiatives across multiple company facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with a background managing large-scale industrial projects involving multiple stakeholders, contractors, and client-facing coordination.

Scope:

You will oversee capital projects involving facility upgrades, equipment installations, and infrastructure work across four active plant locations. Expect dynamic schedules, fast-paced coordination, and active site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle from planning through turnover and commissioning
Lead cross-functional coordination with company stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and site teams
Oversee safety, QA/QC processes, permitting, and local code compliance
Maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation
Conduct regular site visits and meetings with internal teams and external partners
Coordinate equipment deliveries, laydown logistics, and secure material handling
Drive construction turnover to company’s commissioning/start-up teams

Preferred Experience:

7+ years managing industrial or manufacturing construction projects ($10M+)
Strong background with general contractors, EPCs, and construction management practices
Familiarity with QA/QC protocols, OSHA and client safety requirements
Skilled in stakeholder management, documentation, and subcontractor oversight
Proficient in project controls (schedule, budget, change orders)
CPG project experience strongly preferred
