Job Description

Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, customer service, sales, billing, procurement, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
Conduct detailed requirement gathering for logistics processes such as shipment booking, tendering, routing guide, spot bidding, order consolidation, multi-stop shipment creation, multi-commodity orders, pickup operations, account creation, and account updates.
Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for research, requirements discovery, and business analysis. Ability to leverage AI for creating requirements artifacts such as user stories, process/workflow diagrams, use cases, and documentation. Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to design effective prompts to improve productivity and analysis outcomes.
Analyze current-state logistics workflows and design future-state business processes for transportation and supply chain systems.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use case documentation.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, story clarification, UAT coordination, defect triage, and BA sign-off activities in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create functional prototypes and validate business scenarios with end users and client stakeholders.
Support development and enhancement of logistics applications, transportation management systems, customer portals, pricing workflows, and shipment booking platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to identify process bottlenecks and recommend practical business and operational improvements.
Conduct demos, walkthroughs, and training sessions for different user groups.
