Support continuous improvement efforts within flexible packaging manufacturing by assisting with Lean and Six Sigma process optimization projects.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify waste, defects, and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering teams to improve processes.
- Participate in kaizen events and support root-cause problem-solving.
- Help update standard work and contribute to process documentation.
- Support performance metrics and reporting to track improvement outcomes.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on safety, innovation, and sustainability in packaging.
