Bring your civil litigation expertise to a flexible, remote contract opportunity serving clients across the outdoor recreation, sports, hospitality, and resort industries. You will work directly with an established legal partner on a steady pipeline of sophisticated litigation and counseling matters, with an emphasis on complex liability, catastrophic injury, risk management, and employment disputes. This position offers an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful cases while maintaining greater control over your schedule. Designed for an experienced California-barred attorney, the role combines substantive legal work, client collaboration, and high-quality advocacy in a supportive, modern practice environment. The initial engagement runs for six to eight months, with an average commitment of 20–30 hours per week. For the right candidate, there is strong potential for the contract to transition into a full-time position.
