Role Description This remote Corporate Finance Intern role offers hands-on experience supporting finance and accounting initiatives within Brackwell’s network of employers and professionals. The intern will assist with financial modeling, data analysis, and preparation of reports that inform corporate finance decisions and strategic planning. Day-to-day tasks may include working with financial statements, helping evaluate business performance, conducting research on industry benchmarks, and organizing information for internal presentations. The intern will collaborate with finance and operations stakeholders, learn best practices in corporate finance, and contribute to process improvements. This is an internship position designed to provide practical experience and mentorship in a professional, flexible remote environment.
Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Finance and Corporate Finance principles.
• Ability to build and interpret basic Financial Modeling and conduct Financial Analysis.
• Solid Analytical Skills with comfort working with quantitative data and metrics.
• Understanding of Accounting concepts and financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets); familiarity with financial software is a plus.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, capital markets, or financial analysis through coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.
