Role Description

This is a full-time or Part time on-site or virtual role for a licensed Counselor located in Indiana. The Counselor will be responsible for providing individual, and family counseling sessions, developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and charting sessions. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate and timely records, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing crisis intervention when needed. Qualifications

• Experience in individual, group, and family counseling
• Must have a minimum of LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A
• Skills in developing treatment plans and conducting assessments
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely records
• Experience in providing crisis intervention
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Relevant licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
