Courier/Swing Driver/DOT-1

Role Overview: Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages efficiently and courteously. Ensure shipments conform to service standards and provide all relevant customer service functions. Cover assigned routes within the service area and perform related duties as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Preferred six months courier experience with knowledge of the service area. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance or equipment. Good communication, reliability, and adaptability are essential. Must be at least 21 years old, able to read and speak English sufficiently, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Key Skills & Conditions: Neat appearance, adherence to safety regulations, and ability to work alertly in a safe manner. Must meet federal safety and medical standards, including a medical exam. Position requires a professional appearance and the capability to work in various hours. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service and performing related duties.
