The role

• 1+ month in the role: Develop and nurture creator relationships and serve as their trusted advisor and business consultant.
• 2+ months: Innovate and come up with creative approaches to grow your creators' businesses.
• 3+ months: Take what’s working for your creators and help shape how the whole team works. You’ll be building this alongside the team and leadership, with real influence over how creator partnerships run at Solin as we grow.

Grow your creators, shape how we do it

You’ll own growth across a portfolio of 30+ high-value creators (50K to 20M followers), helping them launch and scale products on Solin, primarily fitness challenges today.

You’ll learn each creator’s business and goals inside out, navigate objections, build trust quickly, and provide personalized coaching to help creators achieve high growth goals and find long-term success on Solin.

Day to day, that means staying in close contact with your creators. You’ll make sure they’re running our playbook to create and promote their challenges, and that their launches line up with the Solin challenge schedule. We’ve built AI systems and a clear playbook so you can contribute in a big way from early on.

More importantly, this is a build role, not just a maintain role, and you’ll have real latitude over how you grow your creator partners. You won’t be expected to do it on day one, but 2+ months in, you should be building your creators’ businesses alongside them.

You’ll have serious firepower to build your creator partners. Our internal AI tooling combines our industry expertise with all the data we’ve seen across the platform, so you can dig into any creator’s performance, benchmark it against everything we’ve learned, and answer almost any question you can think of. Behind that is a deep bench of experience across the team, ready to sharpen your thinking and build on your best ideas. Bring your own instincts to all of it to spot the opportunities others miss, unlock what’s holding a creator back, and make the calls that take them to the next level. 

Ultimately, your ability to grow your creators and and help shape how the whole team works is where you’ll drive the most value in this role, and it’s the most exciting part of the job. The next chapter of Solin’s growth runs through the 1,000+ creators already on the platform, and this role sits at the center of it.

• Reach for AI first. You already use AI tools daily to prep for calls, synthesize information, build creator-facing materials, and automate repetitive work. This is how you work, not something you’re exploring. Solin is a builder culture, and if AI isn’t your instinct before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
• Build real relationships with your creators. If you ask our current team, it’s the most rewarding part of the job.
• Make the data land. Anyone can pull a number. The best people here turn performance data into a simple story a creator understands and acts on, whether that's a post-launch recap, a benchmark that changes their pricing, or the one stat that gets them to commit to the next challenge.
• Conduct outreach each week, and ideate with the team on outreach strategies and tactics as time permits. Onboard interested creators via DMs, emails and informational calls.
• Shape the product. Bring insights from your creators back to the team, surfacing the patterns, gaps, and opportunities that shape how Solin evolves.

More about qualifications and the role

• Ideally you have a passion for wellness and fitness to align with our mission
• 4+ years managing and growing existing accounts (not new business), ideally clients who run their own business, like creators, independent sellers or small businesses
• Unlimited PTO (just needs to get OK’d by team) + fully covered healthcare (most companies deduct a portion of healthcare premiums from your paycheck - we don’t - we cover it all).

We are in-office Mon-Fri 8:45a-6pm (our office is on Rose in Venice).

Compensation for this role is $120k-$175k depending on your fit and experience.
