Role Description The Crew Member role at Crispy Cones is a part-time, on-site position based in Dayton, OH. Crew Members prepare and serve Crispy Cones products, including operating rotisserie equipment for dough cones, dispensing soft-serve, and adding spreads, toppings, and drizzles according to brand standards. Team members provide friendly, efficient guest service, handle orders and payments at the register, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the front and back of house. The role also includes restocking supplies, following food safety and sanitation procedures, supporting seasonal promotions, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver a consistent and engaging customer experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required based on business needs.

• Customer service and hospitality skills, including clear communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Basic food preparation and handling skills, with attention to quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Point-of-sale and cash handling skills, including accurate order entry, payment processing, and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to follow directions, support coworkers, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Time management and multitasking skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain pace, and stay organized during peak hours.
• Reliability and professionalism, including consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, move between stations, and safely lift, carry, or stock items as needed.
• Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
