Make a meaningful difference in the lives of LGBTQ+ young people by providing compassionate, life-affirming crisis support to those who need someone to listen. As a Crisis Worker, you will deliver suicide prevention and crisis intervention services through text, chat, and/or phone-based support channels. You will help young people navigate emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, and challenges related to sexual orientation and gender identity in a safe, supportive environment. Working within a collaborative team of trained counselors and experienced leaders, you will provide empathetic, confidential, and culturally responsive support.
