Culinary Services Supervisor

Bring your passion for food and make a difference in the lives of our residents. The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents under the supervision of the Director of Culinary Services.

• Trains new employees, and ensures the food safety standards set by the State/Federal/Benedictine are met.
• Fosters an engaged culture with the culinary team.
• Fills in when needed in the kitchen and dining area.
• Orders food and kitchen supplies and works with approved vendors.
  
  
  

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food service experience.
  
  
  

Qualifications Preferred

• Completion of an approved food safety sanitation course or completion within the first 90 days of employment.

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Culinary Supervisor/Cook to become a valued member of our community and leadership team in Owatonna, MN.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of supervisory experience and at least one year of Cook experience at a care facility. This position will do 24 hours per week as Cook and 16 hours per week as Supervisor. This position will also share being on-call every other weekend and filing in as a Cook or Culinary Server as needed.
