Custodian Team Lead -START ASAP!

Nawa Professional Services is hiring dependable and detail oriented part-time Custodian/Janitor in Kalamazoo, MI. This position involves providing high-quality cleaning services and is ideal for someone who values attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday and Thursday 8:00PM - 4:30AM, 16 hours a week.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash.
Cleaning restrooms, common areas, and other areas of building.
Lift, move, and rearrange furniture and equipment as needed.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful presences while working.
Delivering quality results while meeting cleaning standards.
Following all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We're Looking For

Must have previous supervisory or leadership experience, custodial experience, and floorcare experience.
Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Open to work additional days if needed.
Must pass a background check with no pending or past criminal charges and a drug test (including for THC)
18 years of age or older with valid ID, authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, bend, and move for long periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Team-player attitude and willingness to take direction
