Job Summary

Udhay Groups is looking for an experienced and results-driven CRM Manager to manage customer relationships, streamline CRM operations, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales journey.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in CRM management, customer engagement, sales coordination, and team handling, preferably in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily CRM operations and customer interactions.
• Monitor lead management, follow-ups, and customer conversion processes.
• Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and management teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Track sales pipelines, customer feedback, and post-sales activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports.
• Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Manage CRM team performance and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM or customer relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in team management and sales coordination.
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Real estate industry experience is preferred.
