Key Holder (Consumer Financial Services)

Support daily branch operations in a consumer financial services location by opening/closing the site, ensuring cash and record security, and processing customer transactions accurately. Provide respectful, compliant service to underbanked consumers, helping them understand available financial products and resolving customer concerns. Collaborate with the team to meet service and performance goals, maintain organized daily operations, and follow all company procedures and applicable compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Prior retail, customer service, and/or cash-handling experience preferred
Strong accuracy and attention to detail for transactions and recordkeeping
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
Customer-focused communication and problem-resolution skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Willingness to learn lending and branch operations; potential for leadership growth
