Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Specialist at Farm Bureau Insurance in Lapeer, MI. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• Property/Casualty Licensed or willing to obtain license
