The NX Media is looking for a Data Analyst to join its team.

Data Analyst | Remote (United States) | Full-time

We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to help teams make evidence-informed decisions through practical reporting. The role emphasizes practical reporting, data accuracy, and decision-support analysis. The team values reliable follow-through, understandable notes, and careful attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Document assumptions and steps so analyses can be reproduced.
Support quality checks and investigate unexpected changes in metrics.
Organize datasets and maintain consistent field definitions.
Present practical findings with appropriate charts and tables.
Compare results against baseline values and flag material differences.
Clean and validate data before it is used in dashboards or reports.
Use basic SQL queries or comparable tools to answer specific business questions.

Qualifications

Familiarity with data visualization tools is helpful but not essential.
Practical experience with Excel or another spreadsheet application.
Careful, logical approach to investigating inconsistencies.
Comfort collaborating with teammates in a remote environment.
Comfort interpreting charts, tables, and basic performance metrics.
