Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst Associate to support business and operational reporting, data quality, and analytics within Capital Markets Data Strategy & Execution. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, banking domain knowledge, and experience in data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across multiple data sources.
• Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Document business definitions, data mappings, data lineage, and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in banking operations within at least one of the following areas:
• Capital Markets
• Lending
• Transaction Banking
• Private Banking
• Commercial Banking
• Experience in data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and data quality assessment.
• Experience in reporting, dashboard development, and KPI tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting data/reporting specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools.
