Data Analyst & BI Specialist - Remote

About the Role

A data solutions company is seeking a Remote Data Entry Operator based in Phoenix, Arizona. The role focuses on analyzing large datasets, creating reports, validating data accuracy, and extracting actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate has at least two years of data analysis experience, strong Power BI skills, and proficiency in SQL and ETL tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports using Power BI.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality.
• Work with complex data pipelines and support ETL processes.
• Use SQL to query, manage, and analyze data.
• Identify data issues and apply problem-solving skills to support reliable reporting.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI.
