Job Description

This employer is seeking a Data Analyst to support their ERP and VMS initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. The role involves bridging business and functional requirements to drive data-informed decision-making and process optimization.

The Role

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making and process optimization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

• Define and refine data-driven features, ensuring alignment with business and functional objectives.

• Break down complex requirements into detailed data models and tasks for development.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Analyst role.

• At least 1 year of experience working on Agile projects.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
