Data Engineer

The Role

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise data platforms, ensuring high availability and performance across Linux and cloud-based environments.

• Partner with data engineering and development teams to support data integration workflows, ETL processes, and reporting structures.

• Automate operational tasks to improve system efficiency, reliability, and the overall user experience.

• Manage incident resolution and service requests while participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation to meet service-level agreements.

What You'll Need

• At least 4 years of professional experience in enterprise platform administration, operational support, and technical troubleshooting.

• Direct, hands-on experience with Informatica integration technologies.

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on root-cause identification and a customer-service mindset when supporting technical users.

• Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment, balancing competing priorities and navigating complex technical requirements.
