Data Science Manager

The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and data scientists embedded within various marketing channels to drive end-to-end performance.

• Define and execute an experimentation roadmap to optimize marketing spend and channel effectiveness.

• Partner with marketing, finance, and product leadership to translate business objectives into actionable data strategies.

• Champion high-quality measurement standards, including incrementality testing and attribution modeling, to ensure data-driven decision-making.

• Proactively identify growth opportunities and potential risks through advanced analysis before they are requested by stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of experience in data science and analytics, with at least 5 years in a management capacity.

• Technical proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong background in experimentation, causal inference, and attribution.

• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and translate complex data into business strategy.
