Data Scientist

The Role

• Advance, sustain, and optimize defense physical fitness programs and strategies across multiple domains.

• Leverage technical and analytical expertise to assess readiness standards, validate requirements, and produce insightful trend analyses.

• Support policy and doctrine development, update manuals, and facilitate stakeholder communications for resiliency programs.

• Guide solutions for human performance optimization, military readiness, and national security by solving complex analytical problems.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience with defense organizations.

• Experience conducting statistical and longitudinal analyses, assessing data quality, and interpreting complex datasets.

• Proficiency in building and sustaining data systems, including data quality management, dataset integration, and developing automated dashboards using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Python or R.

• A Secret clearance and a Bachelor's degree.
