Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Database Architect with strong expertise in InterSystems Caché/IRIS, SQL Server infrastructure, and Azure database hosting. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Epic healthcare environments, including Epic ODB and Epic Clarity, along with database architecture, performance optimization, infrastructure management, and cloud database solutions.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with InterSystems Caché / IRIS.
Expertise in SQL Server infrastructure and database administration.
Experience with Azure database hosting and cloud database architecture.
Experience with Epic ODB (Operational Database).
Experience with Epic Clarity reporting database environments.
Strong knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, backup, recovery, and high availability.
Experience troubleshooting complex database and infrastructure issues.
InterSystems certification as required by the client.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Epic EHR environments in healthcare organizations.
Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and Epic database architecture.
Experience with database migration, cloud modernization, and infrastructure optimization.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
