We are seeking a dependable Destination Experience Specialist to help customers navigate services, answer routine questions, and create a positive service experience. Full Training is provided and remote opportunities may be offered.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn
- No prior experience required
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions and provide guidance
- Explain available services
- Document interactions accurately
- Follow up on outstanding requests
- Maintain professional communication
- Participate in training and team updates
