Job Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enhance the software development process.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal operation.
• Collaborate with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to oversee code releases and deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using configuration management tools.
• Ensure security is integrated into the software development lifecycle through best practices and compliance with industry standards.
• Document processes and procedures related to infrastructure and development environments.
• Provide support for production systems, resolving issues, and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technology to improve continua delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong expertise with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.
