Job Overview

Spruce Technology, Inc. is seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer 3 to enhance our deployment activities, streamline our operations, and enhance system reliability. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration and delivery.
• Monitor and maintain application performance and reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to assess and implement infrastructure needs using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Implement and manage container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and on-call duties as needed.
• Document procedures, processes, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a DevOps or similar role.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of container technologies, especially Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
• Solid understanding of networking, system administration, and database management.
