• Perform root cause analysis for system issues and implement changes to prevent future occurrences.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.

• Strong experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
